ADRS AOC System Enhancements 04/13/2009 AOC NCP07-08-115 The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC), in coordination with the Department of Public Safety (DPS), will implement required enhancements to the Arizona Disposition Reporting System (ADRS). The project will upgrade system capability to make information changes based on legislative request and provide data exception alerts and system change management capability.
ADRS DPS Rollout 12/09/2008 DPS NCP07-08-114 Expand ADRS system support within DPS and implement data exchanges between the Administrative Office of the Courts, Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, and Clerk of Superior Court. Hire or contract a database Quality Control Administrator, Computer System Analyst,and an ADRS Trainer.
Avondale PD Document Imaging System 06/10/2009 CRI07-08-106 Automate the integration of support documents and reports not already captured by the Avondale Police Department's Records Management System. Includes automated entry of non-electronic data into the RMS using scanning technology.
MCAO Law Enforcement Notification System Upgrade 04/14/2009 MCAO CRI07-08-107 System upgrade to provide law enforcement officers with timely notification of court appearances, crime labs with real-time access to criminal case information and case status, and provide functionality to securely transmit case documents to MCAO. System provides individual e-mails and automatic reminders for notifications. In addition, the system will provide individual updates to officer calendars.
Phx PD Biometric Security Pilot 04/19/2009 PhxPD CRI07-08-109 Phx PD Homicide Unit will test the use of biometric security technology by implementing a computer security system that employs fingerprint identification for accessing criminal justice information remotely from crime scenes. Project includes biometric hardware and software to authenticate user and provide network access. Project plan deploys USB fingerprint readers and laptops.
Phx PD NIBIN Upgrade 11/18/2008 Phx PD CRI07-08-110 Multi-agency project is to upgrade the ballistics records and information system used for solving violent crimes to allow for multiple record entries and correlation reviews. Upgrade includes equipment, training and testing of system connection to the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN).
Pinal County Records Integration Phase III 11/19/2008 Pinal County AO NCP07-08-116 Project includes information sharing between the Pinal County Attorney’s Office (PCAO), Pinal County Courts, law enforcement agencies, and the state's criminal history repository. Functionality includes installing hardware and software for two fingerprint rapid response identification (2-FID) and upgrading or adding new data exchange capability that includes 2-FID information.
Tombstone Mobile Terminal Upgrade 08/06/2009 Tombstone Marshal CRI07-08-112 Installation of mobile data terminals (MDTs) for patrol vehicles. Upgrade to equip patrol vehicles with MDTs includes coordination with Cochise County IT department for installation, programming, training, and operational testing.
